What’s Ahead for Environmental Protection?
Join us for this essential conversation.

We’re excited to welcome two extraordinary EPA leaders to campus this Spring. Gina McCarthy, EPA Administrator to President Obama and National Climate Advisor to President Biden, will deliver a public address reflecting lessons learned over a lifetime of service working for the protection of our environment and the promotion of public health. Following her remarks, Administrator McCarthy will join Janet McCabe, Deputy EPA Administrator to President Biden, for a discussion on the future of environmental protection, including the opportunities to drive progress at the local and state levels and through cross-sector partnerships. Sabin Center Executive Director Stan Meiburg, Acting Deputy EPA Administrator under President Obama, will moderate what is sure to be a rousing conversation.
The event will take place Tuesday, March 25, at 7pm, at The Broyhill Auditorium in Farrell Hall. The program will be free and open to the public, though registration is required.
