The Sabin Center is on the lookout for a transformative Executive Director to serve at the intersection of leadership, innovation, and development.

The Role

The Executive Director will continue to raise the Center’s profile, maintaining our regional, national, and global presence in research, education, practice, scholarship, and policy while generating opportunities and support for our faculty. This is an excellent opportunity for proven bridge-builders, as developing and elevating relationships both within and beyond the University will be a key to our shared success.

As Executive Director, you’ll wear multiple hats:

  • Mentor and teach – Engage with undergraduates, guide student research, and support faculty and staff across the University.
  • Program development – Catalyze new initiatives, create strategic programming, and drive the Center’s mission.
  • Leadership & administration – Oversee operations, coordinate with stakeholders across the institution, and manage resources to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Vision & outreach – Shape the Center’s future direction, forge partnerships, and raise the Center’s profile both on campus and beyond.
